TALENT NON-DISCLOSURE & LIKENESS RELEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BETTER FILMS — MEDIA & AI STUDIO ("the Studio") and the talent identified in Section A below ("the Talent"), and covers the project described in this document.

B. Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)
B.1. Confidential Material
All unreleased footage, edits, creative concepts, scripts, call sheets, schedules and production material shared by the Studio are strictly confidential.
B.2
The Talent may not post, share, screenshot or leak any project content on social media or elsewhere before the official release date.
B.3
Confidentiality obligations continue after the shoot wraps and after the project is released, for any material that remains unreleased.
B.4
Any breach of this agreement may result in removal from the talent network and liability for resulting damages.
C. Likeness & Footage Release
C.1. Grant of Rights
The Talent grants the Studio perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use their name, stage name, likeness, images, voice and performance in this project.
C.2
Usage covers film, web, social media, portfolio, marketing and advertising, including derivative works and AI-assisted edits created by the Studio.
C.3
The agreed compensation stated in Section A is the full and final payment for the shoot — no further royalties or usage fees are owed.
C.4
Talent under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian to complete Section D and co-sign this agreement.
D. Guardian Consent (Under 18)
I am under 18 years old (a parent or guardian must complete this section and co-sign below).
E. Acknowledgement & Signature
By signing below, the Talent (and their parent/guardian where applicable) confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to be bound by Sections B, C and D of this Agreement.
