PRODUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Production Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BETTER FILMS — MEDIA & AI STUDIO ("the Studio") and the client identified in Section 1 below ("the Client"), and governs the production described in this document.

2. Terms & Conditions
2.1. Services
The Studio shall plan, produce and deliver the production described in Section 1 of this Agreement, in accordance with the concept, schedule and budget agreed between the parties.
2.2. Payment
100% of the production budget is payable no later than three (3) days before the shoot date. Alternatively, an 80% deposit is payable seven (7) days before the shoot, with the balance due before the shoot commences.
2.3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made toward the production are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, the Client may not cancel the shoot and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2.4. Cancellation
Once this Agreement is signed and payment has been received, the shoot date is confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the Client.
2.5. Delays Outside the Production Side
If the shoot is delayed or cannot proceed due to weather, artist availability, venue or permit issues, or any other cause outside the production side — including acts of God — the Client must pay again to reschedule, or pay the full amount to continue the shoot.
2.6. Day 2 Shoot
If the shoot is not completed within the planned timeline due to causes outside the production side, a Day 2 shoot may be scheduled at 50%–75% of the original shoot budget, as determined by the Studio according to the concept and locations of the shoot.
2.7. Production-Side Delays
Delays or remobilisation caused by the Studio incur no additional charges to the Client.
2.8. General
The Client warrants that all information provided in this Agreement is complete and accurate. This Agreement takes effect once submitted and acknowledged by the Studio, is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the Client's electronic signature below is valid and binding.
3. Signature
By signing below, the Client confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions in Section 2 of this Agreement.
